FALLIN

it's almost that time of the year again..FALL!!!

in just a couple of weeks the weather will start to change and get a bit chilly. i'm not really a big fan of cold weather, but it's nice to have a little bit of cold after months of hotness! change of weather means a change of outfits. i looked at my closet today, and realized i needed new pair of jeans and more sweaters. i do have enough jeans, but after all the food i ate over the summer half of them don't even fit anymore.yikes.but the only problem is jeans are quite expensive these days, so i need to find a place with cheap but yet chic jeans. i'm thinking old navy or charlotte russe. as to what i decide to do with that, all i know is i need more fall/winter clothes!!!!!

anyone know a great place to buy cheap jeans in the chicago/schaumburg,il area??

it's so over

If a man wants you, nothing can keep him away.
If he doesn’t want you, nothing can make him stay.
Stop making excuses for a man and his behavior.
Allow your intuition (or spirit) to save you from heartache.
Stop trying to change yourself for a relationship that’s not meant to be.
Slower is better. Never live your life for a man before you find what makes you truly happy.
If a relationship ends because the man was not treating you as you deserve then heck no, you can’t ‘be friends’.
A friend wouldn’t mistreat a friend. Don’t settle.
If you feel like he is stringing you along, then he probably is.
Don’t stay because you think ‘it will get better.’
You’ll be mad at yourself a year later for staying when things are not better.
The only person you can control in a relationship is you.

.....

Fall semester has started again, and i'm back in school. It seems like my summer went by so fast, and I can't believe I got to do so much. Started it off by going home to the Philippines, and stayed there for a month. Then came back and had family over for about two and a half weeks. All that, and it still flew by in a flash. I guess that's how it is when you're having lots of fun.

As I said, i'm now back in school. First day was very hectic, I had to be at work by 10am and let me tell you that is not how you want to start your first day back. I work at our school box office, which we pretty much do everything from making the school ids, selling school tickets to customer service. You name it we do it! But other than the hectic day at work, it was ended by going to my Women and Creativity class. I've only been to one lecture, because we only meet once a week but I already love it. For our first day we watched the film Like Water For Chocolate, and let me tell you it's a very intense movie. We're also reading the book and i'm finding it a really good read, i've attached a link on here so that you can get an over view on to what the book/film is about.

I can't wait for what my other classes has too offer, so far i'm lovin it. Hope it stays that way till the end of the semester:)

Beautiful Girls

(Cuzin Kay, me, and Cuzin Daryl)

These are my beautiful and loving cuzins. I can say that i'm closest to these two, maybe coz we're all at the same age group. Kay is a year younger than me, and Daryl's bday is a day after me. Not saying that i'm not close with my other cuzins, but it's different when i'm with these two. We probably have a different connection, since we basically like the same things. I love them so much, and i'm so happy to have family like them.

Where I spent my summer last year

Last year I was lucky enough to spend two and a half weeks in the island of Bahamas. I've never seen beach water so clear, and sand like sugar. The sand would literally slip right through my hands, and I can perfectly see my reflection in the water. The Bahamas is truly PARADISE.

(With my cousin Kirk)

this is Cute

My cousin Iniong, that's all I have to say!

That's what I call LOVE

Movie "10 Things I Hate About You"

I hate the way you talk to me,

and the way you cut your hair.

I hate the way you drive my car,

I hate it when you stare.

I hate your big dumb combat boots

and the way you read my mind.

I hate you so much it makes me sick,

it even makes me rhyme.

I hate the way you’re always right,

I hate it when you lie.

I hate it when you make me laugh,

even worse when you make me cry.

I hate it when you’re not around,

and the fact that you didn’t call.

But mostly I hate the way I don’t hate you, not even close… not even a little bit… not even at all.

For the past two weeks

My nephew Colasingsing @ Cheesecake Factory
Te Jona, Me, Bugs Bunny, Te Jaja, and Binky @ Six Flags Great America
Te Jaja, Binky, and Te Jona @ Hurricaine Harbor

It's been a fun two weeks for me, because my cousins came to visit us. My two cousins Te Jaja, and Te Jona. Te Jaja's son Colas was also here to celebrate his fourth bday, and last Sunday, Binky a friend from the Philippines also came all the way from Michigan. It was like a reunion for us, coz the last time we were all together was two years ago in the Philippines. Even though there were people still missing, it was super fun for all of us. For two weeks we all got to bond, and do lots of shopping. Actually it was just them, I enjoyed driving them around Chicago and watching te Jona, te Jaja, and Binky spend there money. LOL. I miss them becuase they all left already, but I now have lots of memories that I can remember forever.

I do??NOT!!!

My god I can’t sleep for some reason it’s 3am, but I’m wide-awake. I just finished watching Newlyweds the one with Nick and Jessica; they were such a cute couple. Watching them then when they were still together got me thinking that marrying young can really work. Then we all know how that one turned out, but I still believe in marriage just not in a young age. I don’t ever think about marriage, because the truth is I don’t want to get married myself. Yeah I do believe in marriage; no problem with it, but I’d rather not get hitched with someone. I’m the type that thinks, a piece of paper can’t dictate or show how much I love my partner. I think it’s up to how you show your feelings, how you handle situations, and the trust that you two have for each other. Those are what’s important and not some church. If I do get married I want to be 100% sure that he’s the one, who doesn’t right? But as we see these days people get married and then in a couple of years end up filing for divorce. I’m not saying I’ll be one of those, because divorce will never be an option for me. So for now I’m happy being single, and not having to worry if he’s the one or those other things you gotta think about while in a relationship. It’s better to take things slow and being sure about your feelings, rather than rushing things and in the long run end up alone with 8 kids.

Hello everyone, was gone for a couple of days coz i've been very sleepy lately. I just got back from my trip to the Philippines, and I've been really jet lagged. That's what I hate the most about vacations the time change, it's so dam annoying. While everyone is sleeping i'm up up and awake. But right now I'm slowly getting used to the time again. All righty that's all for right now, be back in a few for latest updates =)
